We decided to take a break from all the grass-i-ness in the Palouse region in Washington by paying the Palouse Falls a visit. It was mid-day so the light wasn’t great, and it was so windy I could barely hold down my tripod! Nevertheless, it was a spectacular sight.
I used my Singh-Ray 4 stop Neutral Density filter to filter out some of the light to enable a longer shutter speed resulting in the silky water look.
LOVE the composition and technical aspects of this shot here, Anne! What a grand sense of scale. LOVE the effect of the water with the ND filter. Great capture, my friend!
Beautiful scene Anne and wonderful framing!
Very nice capture, the colous and light surrounding the fall are great.
