Part 3 in my series of maritime fishing vessels comes from Nova Scotia. We’re back to some more sea worthy looking boats and I think this first one is a real “goodie” for my Dad. Enjoy!
As always, you can click the images to view larger versions.

Tomorrow will be the final post in the series, and it will be the best one in my opinion, so please come back tomorrow to see the boats from New Brunswick.
Great additions to an excellent series Anne. The second photo is outstanding.
Hi Len, thank you so much, I am really glad you enjoyed the series. It was fun putting it together.
I’m enjoying this series – that first image looks interesting – has that boat got a sit-out area at the back!?
Hi Andy, a sit out area? Uh no. That would be where the lobster traps go 🙂
This is a classic series Anne with some great images. I’m sure your dad is really enjoying it.
Hi Russ, thank you so much for your comments, I am glad you enjoyed the series. Apparently my Dad enjoyed seeing the boats as well, but he thinks they are bit … how can I say … behind the times!
What beautiful, beautiful boats exquisitely composed and captured Anne! This is one of my favorite series from the year so far, I have to say my friend. I have no doubt your dad already has a parking place all ready and set aside for when you return with your “gift” for him!
Oh yeah, Mom’s going to love it when I bring home one of these relics and put it in her yard!! Haha.
I’m dreaming from Nova Scotia …
