About this time last year Ray and I were making our way south along the east coast of the United States where the changing colours of fall bathe the landscape in yellows, oranges and reds.
The colours were especially intense in the area around the White Mountains in New Hampshire where I made this image, which was left unprocessed until now.

Unfortunately it was super windy while we were there so I didn’t get as many fall foliage images as I was hoping for. It was beautiful all the same.
Beautiful shot. Try again next year…
Hey Kris, yes I will really have to try to go back there one year. That whole area around the White Mountains was absolutely beautiful. We would have stayed longer but it was getting cold. Thanks for your comments.
Great colors Anne. It is getting near peak now in CT but it is blowing like crazy. Hopefully will calm down soon.
Hi Len, that’s exactly what happened when I was in New Hampshire and then it started to get cold and we had to move on. Thanks for your comments, as always!
There is NOTHING like the colors of fall in New England (where I grew up). You captured them magnificently here, Anne.
You are right Mim, New England was quite unique. Thank you very much for the kind compliment.
What a beautiful view this is!
There is nothing quite like New Englad in the fall.
You are so right Lisa! Thanks for your kind compliment!
