Breaking Free

October 29, 2012 By Anne McKinnell 4 Comments

Birds of a feather flock together. Or … do they?

This image of different species of wading birds hanging around in a group together reminds me of the variety of folks I meet in my travels.

People from different backgrounds with different interests who might not ordinarily meet. But they have one thing in common: a desire to break free and live non-traditional lives.

That’s what I’ll be talking about tonight in my interview on the “Breaking Free Show”. Join us as we chat about what it means to break free and explore opportunities for growth.

The interview is being broadcast live on the internet at 8:05 – 9:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. You can even call in if you have questions during the show.

Check it out here.

I hope you can join us but if not there will be recording of the show you can watch later.

Amazing images and advice, I will read it all a little later. I am very interested to learn from your approach to photography but more, your change in life and how you have broken away from the drudge and achieved so much in your photography.

You say it is not so scary – you might be responsible for a chap throwing it all away and becoming a a Nomad Photographer.

Hi Rangadang! Thanks for your comments. I’m really glad my change in lifestyle has resonated with you and I hope it encourages you to do the same if that is what your passion is. It’s a bit of a risk but now that I’ve done it I wonder why I waited so long.

Anne, Darn, I missed you show. I found that I can listen to the MP3 version but is the video version available anywhere? I would really like to watch it.

Hi George, they might not have put the video version up for reply because I wasn’t on it! Unfortunately my internet connection wasn’t strong enough for video and I ended up calling in to the show on my cell phone. I hope you enjoy listening in any case!

Wondering why the fuel pump is green? It's because RVers use fewer resources and have a smaller carbon footprint than homeowners. We use less fuel than typical homeowners who commute to work and use planes for vacation. We use propane to heat our 200 square feet. We conserve water due to the size of our holding tanks and we use solar power to charge our batteries.
