Today I have two more images of the Keltic Lodge. After last week's post, I had a comment on the blog from the Keltic Lodge itself, what a nice surprise. Ingonish Beach in the Cape Breton Highlands is covered with the most beautiful round pink stones. I just cannot get enough of the waves and rocky shores in Atlantic Canada. At Green Cove in Cape Breton, I stood on top of one of the highland cliffs and looked down to the boulders below. I made these images using my polarizing filter and exposing for half a second to capture the movement of the ocean. Ingonish is one of the larger villages in Cape Breton Highlands National Park. Here the highland hills tower over the Atlantic Ocean and the beaches are covered with perfect round red stones. A stately resort named Keltic Lodge sits atop one of the cliffs. Driving into Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, I couldn’t help but notice the signs for boat tours to see the puffins.
