There's just something about those rolling hills in Palouse. The texture of the land after the wheat harvest, the way the shadows fall on the rolling hills, the bright green shades at the edges of the day, and of course, the red barns. Palouse Falls
We decided to take a break from all the grass-i-ness in the Palouse region in Washington by paying the Palouse Falls a visit. It was mid-day so the light wasn't great, and it was so windy I could barely hold down my tripod! Nevertheless, it was a spectacular sight.
